Recently, when two of my children were in automobile accidents, Donna and her team took care of all the details, putting us all at ease. It gives me peace of mind and a feeling of security knowing that I can call and talk with someone I know who will help me. And she is always GLAD to help!

Hosfeld Insurance has been more to me than just an insurance agency that sends me a bill in the mail every year. I am 100% satisfied with being a HOSFELD INSURANCE AGENCY customer, and I would not even consider going somewhere else!
I found Donna Hosfeld's business randomly through the phone book, and to say I was lucky is a gross understatement.
Recently, my 1999 Ford Escort ZX2 was totally destroyed by a drunk driver while parked on an Allentown street late one night. The next day, Donna swung into action and got my ERIE Insurance claim processed, and a car rental made available to me via direct billing, all before lunch!
ERIE also did an excellent job. An adjuster came out the next day and stated the car was a total loss. Their regional office fast-tracked my claim, and less than a week later, I had a settlement check deposited at the bank.
Donna's personable and attentive service makes all the difference, and I am delighted to have her as my insurance agent, and would recommend her to anyone!
